In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kako (Bhelawar O.P.) P.S. Case No.122 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the accused persons wanted to construct a septic tank, which was objected by the informant, led to altercation. Specific allegation has been made against Rakesh Kumar that he has assaulted the informant by lathi but he moved, which caused injury on his hand. There is no allegation made against others. There is case and counter case from both the sides.

No.6114 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Kako (Bhelawar O.P.) P.S. Case No.122 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
