The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault upon the informant by means of fist and slaps and threw him down from the tampoo and the accused persons took away his tampoo towards Sare roads. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the name of the petitioner came into light by the confessional statement of co-accused Ajay Yadav @ Ajay Kumar and no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Asthamawn P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
