1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4761 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 62 of 2020.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
