1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 230 of 2022 dated 29.10.2022 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 29.10.2022 and against him, the investigation has been completed and he is a student of Intermediate having a bright career and the allegation of stabbing the victim with a knife is against co-accused persons, namely, Govind Rai and Suraj Rai and as per the allegation made in the FIR, this petitioner and

No.27991 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 co-accused Shivam Rai only caught hold the victim at the time of commission of the alleged occurrence and except this, there is no any other allegation against the petitioner and moreover both the parties are Gotiya (agnates) and the alleged occurrence was not pre-planned and no overt act has been attributed against this petitioner.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

5. Considering the above submissions and mainly the petitioner's young age as mentioned in the petition, completion of investigation against him and his fair and clean antecedent and also the nature of allegation appearing against him from the FIR, in my opinion, it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 230 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
