Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 67 of the Information Technology Act as well as Sections 4/6/14(3) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012.

Allegation is that the petitioner and co-accused Chhotu Kumar committed unnatural offence against brother of the informant. The victim has supported the aforesaid allegation. A video of the alleged offence was also posted on the social media.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26230 of 2019(3) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 with Muffasil Police Station Case No. 28 of 2019 pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Katihar.

Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
