1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(a) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and being husband has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the informant has already performed second marriage.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27320 of 2022(6) dt.17-07-2023 2/2 submits that even the report of the Superintendent of Police confirms the second marriage of the O.P. which was submitted in terms of order dated 03.07.2023.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 2706 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
