The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 67C of 2015 registered under Sections 498(A), 504 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is of torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to family dispute. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.51035 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No. 67C of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
