By the impugned order dated 16.09.2015 passed by the learned A.D.J. 1st, Jamui, allowed the amendment application filed by the plaintiffs-appellants respondents in Title Suit No. 48 of 2011 recording clear finding that the defendant raised the ground that the suit property is not identifiable. Therefore, it is necessary to get the clear description of the Suit Property as such has allowed the amendment by which the area of the boundary has been described by the appellant. Therefore, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
