The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 166 of 2019 arising out of Paliganj P.S. Case No. 286 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. Petitioner during investigation has been arrested by the police and recorded his confessional statement. This fact also finds mentioned in the impugned order that Police recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner in paragraph-93 of the case diary. Petitioner is in custody since 20.9.2018.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Danapur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 166 of 2019 arising out of Paliganj P.S.
