JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 16-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier, petitioner had filed anticipatory bail application which was dismissed on 20.8.2009. Thereafter, he again filed similar application which was allowed to be withdrawn vide order dated 6.5.2016 as the petitioner wanted to surrender and seek regular bail. Even then he did not surrender and again he has filed third anticipatory bail application.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
