Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Cse No.1079C of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.

Case is under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and earlier the case had been referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Reconciliation Centre, vide order dated 19.7.2019 and now the mediation report is available at flag 'A", which discloses that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of the meditation as per the memorandum of the agreement showing that the dispute has

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No.1079C of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition to keep the Opposite Party No.2 with dignity and care.

Let copy of mediator's report along with the memorandum of agreement be sent to the court concerned for needful.
