====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 103(1), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 25.11.2024 at about 7 AM, while Shrawan Kumar and others were irrigating the field, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, variously armed, came and assaulted them as a result of which several persons sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no specific

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P. S. Case No. 405 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
