The petitioner is in custody in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 309 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.09.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that one country made pistol with live cartridge were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the period of custody of 7 months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
