Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 507 of 2015 registered under Sections498A, 5-4, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The allegation against the petitioner, who is husband of the complainant, is of torture and abuse due to nonfulfillment of demand of motorcycle and one lakh cash. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complainant forced the petitioner to live separate from his

It is further submitted that in February, 2014 complainant fled away from house without knowledge of the petitioner for which petitioner filed Informatory Petitioner No. 915 of 2014 before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna on 26.03.2014. It is further submitted that due to the behaviour and torture of the complainant, petitioner filed Divorce Case No. 145 of 2015 for dissolution of marriage before Family Court, Patna and in retaliation of the aforesaid Divorce case, complainant has filed the present complaint.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Complaint Case No. 507 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
