The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram Town (Model) P. S. Case No. 1121 of 2018 dated 17.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 365 the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that Sections 302, 364-A, 201 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code was later added on 05.01.2019 after the recovery of the dead-body of the son of the informant. It appears that from the records that though the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. but during the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27375 of 2019(4) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 course of investigation, his name transpired. The recovery of the dead-body is at the instance of the petitioner and other accused persons. The petitioner has also been made accused in a case of similar nature and he is in custody since 17.08.2018.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and the recovery of the dead-body at the instance of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail for the present.

The prayer is rejected.
