2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction especially in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to execute sale deed of his land 4 katha 1 dhurt situated at Mauza Sheikhpura, Pargania,-Farkiya, Thana +Subregistry+ District-Khagaria vide Tauji No. 1447, P.S. 263, Khata No. 35, Khesra No. 142, Jamabandi No. 428 which he has got through registered shale deed in his name from one Mahesh Prasad Singh. (ii) For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or directions especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authority to

(iii) For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction as your lordshops may found fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as for which the petitioner may be found entitled thereto."

3. In essence, the grievance of the petitioner is that he is not allowed to sell his private land due to some wrong entry made in the revenue records.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of the Court to Annexure 3, which is copy of his representation dated 12.08.2015, filed before the District Magistrate, Khagaria. It was submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to the authority concerned to dispose off such representation.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose off the representation of the petitioner, if filed and already not disposed off latest within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
