The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sono P.S. case No. 38 of 2016 under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 395 and 412 of the IPC was added.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Two accused persons, namely, Guddu Paswan and Dilip Yadav were arrested in connection with Sono P.S. case No. 43 of 2016 and they are said to have confessed their guilt. The accused persons also disclosed that petitioner also took part in the present case. Save and except confession of the co-accused, there is no other material against the petitioner. One of the co-accused, from whose possession golden chain was recovered, has already been granted regular bail. The petitioner is a teacher and he has got no criminal antecedent.

No.49170 of 2016 (3) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jamui in Sono P.S.
