The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khudwan P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, Vikash Kumar grandson of the informant was assaulted by the petitioner in Khudwan market with bamboo split thereafter the informant was going to Vipul Kumar to reconcile but in the way the petitioner met and started assaulting the informant also and further caused threats to kill him.

Submission is of false implication and that this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17018 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 case has been lodged at the instance of S.H.O. Khudwan, Manoj Ram, because the mother of the petitioner had filed an informatory petition against him before Dy.S.P. Daudnagar and has also lodged informatory petition against that Manoj Ram and other in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Daudnagar and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of pre-arrest bail.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Khudwan P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
