JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against them. Moreover, FIR named accused Tuntun Yadav against whom there is specific allegation of giving Dabiya blow has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67163 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
