2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging noncompliance of the order dated 25.10.2011 passed in CWJC No. 18885 of 2011.

3. The writ Court directed that the petitioner's case be considered for appointment on the post of Constable.

4. In the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 3, the stand is that the last person appointed had secured 12

Patna High Court MJC No.242 of 2016 dt.11-09-2019 2/2 marks whereas the petitioner has obtained only 10 marks and further that no vacancy remains.

5. Copy of the show cause was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 20.06.2017. No rejoinder to the same is on record.

6. In the aforesaid background, the Court finds that the writ Court order dated 25.10.2011, stands complied with.
