The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 138/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from his possession, but on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one co-accused Prem Kumar, the petitioner is sought to be taken into custody. Having considered the entire facts and circumstances, let the petitioner in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each
