Petitioner seeks bail in Naubatpur P.S. Case No.531 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 448, 341, 384, 385, 324, 326, 379, 504/34 Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant from sickle causing injury on his back.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that altercation has taken place for price of the food item purchased from the Informant.
Counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is counter case, wherein, petitioner has also sustained injury. Complaint Petition has been annexed as Annexure-3. Injury report of the informant is enclosed as Annexure-2.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Naubatpur P.S.
