At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation with respect to his grievances contained in the writ petition, before the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Bailey Road, Patna (respondent no.1).

Let the petitioner file such representation before respondent no.1 within a period of four weeks from today. In the event aforesaid representation is filed by the petitioner, respondent no.1 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of further six months.

Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
