The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandan (Anandpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 28 of 2024, dated 22.02.2024, registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, a country made Pistol was recovered from the possession of the co-accused Ajit Kumar and the petitioner was driver of the said car. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.02.2024. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also period of custody, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Chandan (Anandpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 28 of 2024.
