In the present case, petitioner has made a complaint for non-compliance of the order dated 15.5.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No.2002 of 2013.

It appears that State of Bihar has approached this Court vide L.P.A. No. 34 of 2015 and the plea of the State having been accepted, the order of the Single Judge has been set aside.

In such view of the matter, no case of contempt is made out against the opposite parties.
