2. Petitioner seeks shifting of his date of regularization/absorption as Peon from 31.12.2007 to his date of appointment i.e. on 29.09.1985 and, thereafter, fix his pension etc. and other terminal benefits in accordance with law. The petitioner retired from service on 31.01.2025.

3. In view of the above facts of the case, the respondents may consider the grievance of the petitioner whether he is entitled for notional benefit from the date of his
