JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 427, 435 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries are found simple in nature. It is further contended that the injuries are also found on the petitioners' side. It is claimed that the antecedent of the petitioners is clean. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Mangroo Rawat and Pankaj Rawat be released on bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Maharajganj (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No.185 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58503 of 2015 (2) dt.03-02-2016 2/2 2015, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
