The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.08.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40688 of 2017 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 957C of 2014, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. Khagaria, to the effect that in the aforesaid order, on the top, in the address of the petitioner, resident of village should be read as 'Chandauli (Chanouli)' in place of 'Sanjhauti', P.S. should be read as 'Bithan' in place of' 'Alauli' and District should be read as 'Samastipur' in place of 'Khagaria'.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46367 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 Accordingly, in the order dated 25.08.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40688 of 2017, at the top, in the address of the petitioner, resident of village be read as ' Chandauli (Chanouli)' in place of 'Sanjhauti', P.S. be read as 'Bithan' in place of 'Alauli' and District be read as 'Samastipur' in place of 'Khagaria'. And the petitioner is granted further six weeks' time for surrendering him in the court below from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

The order dated 25.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40688 of 2017 is modified to the effect as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed. U.K./- (Sudhir Singh, J) U T
