The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Goraul P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019, corresponding to Excise G.R. No. 36 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

65.34 liters of illicit foreign liquor is said to have recovered from the house of the petitioner.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail stands rejected.
