In this case, the petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2006 registered for offences under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the report dated 15.12.2020 sent by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, it appears that on 10.1.2008, the cognizance was taken against both the absconded accused persons by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate and the case was transferred to the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class Buxar and the process of summons, B.W., N.B.W. were issued by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Buxar but, both the accused

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners above named, is rejected with a direction to the court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from today.
