The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No.23 of 2021 registered under Sections 302, 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Furthermore, no external injury has been found on the neck, head and whole body of the deceased. The whole body was pale and the doctor opined the cause of death of the deceased due to sever anaemia caused by cardiac heart failure as is evident from the postmortem report (Annexure 2).
