The writ petitioners claim for regularization. The petitioners' counsel submits that the petitioners now stand terminated and the order of the termination is challenged by

Patna High Court CWJC No.18486 of 2011(8) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 them is pending consideration in the proceedings arising out of CWJC No 1873 of 2017. The relief insofar as regularization in service is concerned, by effect of the petitioners' termination on 13.01.2017, cannot be had in the instant proceedings. Since the termination is now pending consideration in CWJC No 1873 of 2017, the petitioners would be at liberty to raise all issues in the pending writ proceedings. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid.
