Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kanti (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 257 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim along with one Prince Kumar but the injury report is not on record.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail till

No.36891 of 2021(3) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 submission of charge-sheet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. (West), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti (Panapur) P.S. Case No. 257 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is subject to the condition that if the injury report is submitted showing that the injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature, then the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed by the Court below after submission of the chargesheet. If the injury report shows that the injury sustained by the victim is grievous in nature, in such a situation, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be cancelled and he shall be taken into custody forthwith.
