Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the plaintiffs and defendants have compromised the case and they are coming in peaceful possession over the land on the basis of compromise and, therefore, the appellants want to withdraw this appeal.

Learned counsel for the intervener respondents submits that if the appellants withdraw the appeal without any condition, he has got no objection.
