The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, a loaded country made pistol with a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 6.3.2022 and charge sheet has been submitted.

Case no. 17 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M 1st Class, Begusarai.
