2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already filed representation before the authority concerned for redressal of his

Patna High Court CWJC No.6512 of 2025(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 grievance but till date, the same is still pending, which may be directed to be disposed of.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the representation of the petitioner may be considered and disposed of by the concerned authority in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of production of a copy of this order, so that the selection process should not be stopped. In case of failure, the Chairman of the University will be held responsible for delaying selection process for his own due personal reason.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
