The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1747 of 2014 (TR. No. 514 of 2014/863 of 2016) registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, who happens to be husband of the complainant, is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner, aged about 66 years, is a retired teacher.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9838 of 2017 (6) dt.04-09-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Complaint Case No. 1747 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
