This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 195 of 2003, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that in similar circumstance, the anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of coaccused, namely, Satyendra Prasad, has been rejected by this Court vide order, dated 18.08.2015, passed in Cr.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42638 of 2016 (2) dt.21-10-2016 2/2 Misc. No. 19756 of 2015, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner, above named, the privilege of anticipatory bail. This application is, accordingly, rejected.
The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit, without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
