Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- "(I) For directing the concerned respondents to give the initial promotion to the petitioner from the year 2004 and consequently change the date/year of other promotions which were given to the petitioner in the year 2011, 2015 & 2021

(ii) For promotion to the petitioner on the post of Assistant Manager from the year 2004 instead of 2011, Deputy Manager from the year 2008 instead of 2015 and Manager from the year 2014 instead of 2021 in the General Cadre.

(iii) For directing the concerned Respondents to maintain parity between the petitioner and other similarly situated batchmate of the petitioner in the cadre of State Bank of India. (iv) For directing the respondent No.4 to dispose the representation of the petitioners which was filed before him on 11.12.2023 (Annexure-P-6) for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner with effect from the year 2004.

(v) For declaring the result of the petitioner as successful candidate in the 2004 exam of Special Cadre for the post of JMAS-1 programme with computer operators."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that for the relief as sought for in the present writ petition, the petitioner has already filed representation before respondent no.4, Assistant General Manager, the State Bank of India, Personnel and Human Resources Department, Local Head Office, Patna but the same is pending till date and the same may be directed to be disposed of.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of petitioner, the Assistant General Manager is directed

Patna High Court CWJC No.7745 of 2024(2) dt.10-12-2024 3/3 to apply the extant rules governing the grievance of the petitioner to resolve the same by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law without delay it any further.

5. The present writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
