23-09-2016 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Rajapakar (Barati O.P.) P.S. Case No. 55 OF 2016 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the First Information Report itself, it is apparent that there was some dispute pursuant to Holi celebrations which has led case and counter case. Attention of this court is drawn to the fact that the injury report does not support the prosecution case. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners, namely, Sanjay Kumar and Ajay Kumar, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41723 of 2016 (2) dt.23-09-2016 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Rajapakar (Barati O.P.) P.S. Case No. 55 of 2016, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
