The petitioner has filed the present writ application against the order of rejecting claim of the petitioner by the Hon'ble Chancellor. On behalf of the respondents counter affidavit has been filed. In the counter affidavit it was submitted that at the relevant time on the direction of the Hon'ble Chancellor all the recommended candidates were issued conditional appointment and submitted their joining but the petitioner himself has not accepted the appointment and refused to join. The Chancellor's Secretariat, under the aforesaid circumstances, has rejected the claim of the petitioner.
