The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 5.10.2015 passed by the District Judge, Bhagalpur Camp at Naugachia, in connection with Cr. Misc. Transfer Petition No. 74 of 2015 by which he has dismissed the Petition for transfer of Cr. Appeal Nos. 40 of 2015, 49 of 2015, 48 of 2015, 50 of 2015 and 41 of 2015 from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge Naugachia.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56477 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2016 2/2 Having heard the Parties, I see no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
