The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, the accused Suraj Paswan and Bipin Kumar who are accused in Nawada P.S. Case no.555 of 2020 were caught and on their disclosure, it is stated that one loaded pistol with three live cartridges were recovered from the house of Suraj Paswan.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession or house. He is in custody since 4.9.2020 and chargesheet has

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year 4 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case no.678 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
