The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 308 of 2017 for offences under Sections 341, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he exerted pressure on the Headmaster of the school in connection with admission and abused the Headmaster, informant of this case. There is also allegation of making attempt to kill the informant. Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material indicated in the fardbeyan that what was the weapon for making attempt to kill the informant. He submits that there is previous enmity on account of which the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha P. S. Case No. 308 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
