The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S.Case No. 37 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the nature of allegation made in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
