Mr. Roy Shivaji Nath, learned AAG-3, having produced a copy of letter no. 05 dated 20.01.2015, submits that the departmental proceeding against the petitioner has been concluded by way of his exoneration and the order of suspension has been revoked. Though there is no explanation in such notification for the delay caused in compliance of the direction of the order of this

Patna High Court MJC No.3255 of 2014 (4) dt.21-01-2015 Court dated 25.04.2014 passed in C.W.J.C No. 7047 of 2014, now, when the grievance of the petitioner has come to an end, this Court would not like to complicate the matter for the petitioner because in the event he would pursue his contempt application the opposite parties will also not leave him.

That being so, this Court having found substantial compliance of its order would dispose of the contempt application.

This Court hopes and believe that in future the departmental authority shall not only comply the order of this Court but also in the time frame fixed by the Court.
