JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the B.S.F.C. and learned counsel for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No.158 of 2017 registered under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners being the Chairman and Manager of Chandan PACS misappropriated 1174.50 quintals custom milled rice, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5511 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
