2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 109, 132 and 304 of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners, along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, are alleged to have assaulted informant who happens to be Block Supply Officer as a result of which, he sustained injuries. Petitioner No. 1 has got four criminal antecedents and Petitioner No. 2 has got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the specific and direct nature of
