The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 356/379 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is in custody since 8.5.2018 but he has not been put on TIP as yet. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than eleven months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
