Let the defects, as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from today. The present modification application has been filed for modify the order dated 12.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27965 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the order dated 12.01.2022 "Sessions Trial No. 289 of 2018" has been recorded as "Sessions Trial No. 424 of 2018".

In view of the submission, let the aforesaid order be modified to the aforesaid extent.
